• Part-time Senior top-tier freelancer: Costs  20-35% more than full-time junior product designer. Approximately, INR 10,00,000 to 13,00,000 per annum. 

• The Output:

• Full-Time Junior: With a full-time junior on board, you get a fresh mind with possibly innovative ideas but with less experience. They’re like your Netflix subscription, consistent but with limited shows.
• Part-time Senior Freelancer: A part-time senior freelancer is like a film festival. You get a mix of experience, expertise, and a diverse portfolio but for a limited time.
