Our Process

We first learn your requirements

Our consultant gets on a call with you, and asks a set of curated questions to know the exact details of your role. By the end of this call, you’d have a better clarity of the role as well.

Each designer then goes through this rigorous process

Sourcing and Ads management

We'll write a Job Ad on your behalf, and post it on LinkedIn. We'll run it until we get 1000 applicants. The job ads will target the exact candidate, and will be optimised to get maximum clicks per 1k impressions.

Removal of 90% unfit candidates

We'll do a standard filtration over 1000 profiles and end up with top 75 to 100 applicants. Here we'll remove candidates who are frequent flyers, don't have product exp, and don't fit in your budget.

We interview the best ones ONLY

These 20-30 candidates will go through technical interviews with another lead designer, and we'll get our top 10. We'll share detailed reports, and interview recordings with you as an output of this round.
