Why is the India-native EOR range $99-$399?

Market convergence. The India-native EOR category has settled on this band because operating costs (compliance staff salaries, registered offices, payroll software licenses) sit roughly the same across providers. Below $99, the unit economics don't work for a real India compliance team. Above $399, you're paying for premium add-ons that not every customer needs.

Four factors: (1) headcount ยท more hires bend the curve toward the floor, (2) salary band ยท higher CTC hires have higher absolute statutory contributions, (3) add-ons ยท recruitment + devices + audit support push toward the ceiling, (4) state complexity ยท multi-state filings tier higher.
