The short answers, before you go country by country.
No. The employment engine is one Bengaluru entity, one payroll calendar and one compliance stack regardless of where you sit. What changes by country is the packaging around it: the currency on your invoice, the working-hour overlap you plan around, and the local employment concepts we translate into Indian equivalents in each guide.
USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, NZD and SGD today. Conversion to rupees for salary payout happens at the RBI reference rate with no spread added, so the exchange line on your invoice matches the published rate rather than a padded one.
It is flat everywhere: $149 per employee per month, dropping to $129 once you cross twenty employees, with no setup or exit fees in any market. Country never enters the pricing formula.
Almost certainly. The ten guides cover the buyer countries we see most, but the model works for any company that can sign a services agreement and settle an invoice. Write to us and we will confirm invoicing arrangements for your jurisdiction, usually within a day.
That is a working agreement between you and your team, not something the employment layer dictates. Most of our clients settle on Indian daytime with a deliberate overlap window at one end. Each country guide shows what that window looks like from your city.
Across all 28 states. Our entity is registered in Bengaluru, but Indian employment law lets one registered employer run compliant payroll for staff anywhere in the country, so your hires can sit in whichever city the talent is.
Onboarding takes five working days from signed offer: identity and bank verification first, statutory registrations next, equipment dispatch mid-week, induction on day four and payroll activation on day five. The clock runs the same regardless of your country.
We do. The employment contract is between the employee and our Indian entity, so provident fund, ESI, TDS, gratuity and state-level obligations sit on our registrations, not yours. Your company holds a commercial services agreement, which is what keeps you clear of permanent establishment exposure.
