You need a registered entity in the US (Delaware C-corp, LLC, or any state-registered business entity). The Master Services Agreement is between your US entity and Foo Falcon Technologies Pvt Ltd (the Indian entity that runs Versatile). The India employment contracts are between Versatile and the India employees; your US entity is the work-direction party but not an India employment counterparty.
Versatile invoices your US entity in USD on a US-side receiving account. Your accounts payable wires USD on Net 15. We hold the FX exposure on our side, convert to INR at the Reserve Bank reference rate, and pay India salaries from a Versatile INR bank account. No FX markup, no spread loss on your bank.
Yes. Every payslip is cross-referenced to its PF challan ID, ESIC eligibility log, and TDS payment evidence. We compile an annual audit packet that walks your US-side external auditor through the documentation depth. The audit pass rate across our portfolio is 100% (verified Q1 2026).
